About Remote ReadHER
Remote ReadHER exists for one group of women: stay-at-home mothers and career returners in the UK who are ready to work again and keep hearing nothing back.
The problem is rarely the woman. It is how her CV reads to the software that scans it before a human ever does. Applicant tracking systems filter on keywords, and a CV written around a career break usually leaves the right ones out.
We do two things about that:
- A curated job board.Every role is hand-checked weekly: genuinely remote, genuinely flexible, and open to career returners. No "flexibility for the right candidate" listings.
- Expert CV and cover letter reviews. Line-by-line reviews for the exact role you are applying to, translating your experience (including the years at home) into language UK employers respond to.
The founder
Remote ReadHER was built by IJ, who has spent 8 years in communications and career coaching helping women who thought the door had closed get interviews, offers, and salaries they did not think were on the table anymore.
Her position is simple: motherhood is not a gap. It is the reason you are better at prioritising than half the workforce. This platform exists to prove it.
