Backlog & Works Administrator

This role sits inside a government facilities management contract, keeping the maintenance backlog moving so planned and reactive works get done on time. You would join the Operational Delivery Team on a fully remote basis.

What you'll be doing

• End-to-end administration of planned and reactive maintenance work
• Coordinating and managing backlog items through to completion
• Supporting the Operational Delivery Team on a government facilities contract
• Keeping records and progress updated accurately

This is a fully remote, 6-month contract role running to the end of December 2026, paid from £17 an hour. Worth knowing that pay runs through an umbrella company, so it's worth understanding what that means for your take-home before you apply.
