Customer Service Advisor

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Customer Service Advisor for a fast growing business in Crewe. This is a permanent role for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and keeping a high standard of service.

What you'll be doing

• Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
• Solving problems and following them through to a resolution
• Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
• Working as part of a busy, supportive team

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and pay is £27,584 to £28,784 a year. This is a hybrid role: mostly based in the Crewe office with working from home on Fridays, so you would need to be able to travel to Crewe. The advert is light on the specific day to day duties beyond general customer service.
