Support sales growth and manage customer accounts in Daventry, four days in the office and Fridays from home.
A Daventry-based business is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to work alongside its field-based sales teams. You'll support new sales growth with existing accounts as well as managing new leads, so it's a role with real variety.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting field-based sales teams with account management
- Handling new leads and helping grow existing accounts
- Managing customer queries and requests
- Keeping account and order information accurate
- Building strong working relationships with customers

- Previous customer service experience
- A motivated, customer-focused approach
- Comfortable supporting sales activity
- Good communication and organisational skills
Pay is £27,222 basic with a quarterly bonus, OTE £29,000. It's Monday to Thursday in the Daventry office, with Fridays from home.
