A part-time, school-hours-friendly HR admin role with a care organisation, working from home with travel between sites. The catch: you must live in Cornwall, need a driving licence, and previous HR admin experience is essential.
Well Placed HR is recruiting for a care organisation with services across Cornwall and beyond. You would work closely with the HR Manager and HR Advisor, looking after your own areas of HR admin as part of a small, supportive team. The hours sit nicely within the school day.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, inductions and probation reviews, including for sponsored employees
- Keeping HR policies, trackers and employee files up to date
- Supporting staff audits and HR meetings, including taking minutes
- Preparing letters and documents through DocuSign and email
- Working with employees, managers and the finance team on HR projects
What they're asking for
- Previous HR administration experience (essential)
- Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
- Confidence with Word, Excel, Office 365 and Teams
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites
- Care sector experience is helpful but not essential
Permanent and part-time: either 25 hours (10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday) or 28 hours, paying £30,000 to £33,000 pro rata. You work from home with regular travel to sites across Cornwall and now and then to Stroud in Gloucestershire. You must live in Cornwall, and a DBS check is required.
You'll apply directly on the employer's site. Remote ReadHER checks every listing daily, and takes down roles once they close.
