Japanese Speaking Customer Support Specialist

This temporary role is part of an important project supporting a major data breach response campaign, and needs fluent Japanese speakers to help affected customers. It starts hybrid in London, with a good chance of moving to fully remote.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting customers through a data breach response campaign
• Communicating fluently in Japanese with affected customers
• Working day or night shift patterns as needed
• Being part of a small team recruited specifically for this project
