Payroll Customer Support Advisor

This is a customer-facing payroll role: you'd be the first person a client speaks to when something's gone wrong with their pay, and your job is to work out what happened and put it right.

What you'll be doing

• Providing first-line support to clients on payroll queries
• Investigating and resolving payroll issues
• Correcting calculation errors
• Making sure every client interaction feels helpful and reassuring

What they're asking for

• Experience with payroll or a similar query-resolution role
• Confidence explaining calculations clearly to clients
• Comfortable working independently, remotely

Worth flagging: this is described as an initial four week remote contract, so check at application stage whether it's likely to extend or become office-based. Pay is negotiable depending on experience, working remotely within the UK.
