Pensions Training Administrator (Remote)

This is a fully remote role for an experienced pensions professional ready to step away from day-to-day case work and into coaching. You would support apprentices building their careers in pensions administration, helping them learn the job properly rather than processing cases yourself.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a caseload of apprentice learners
• Coaching and mentoring through virtual and one-to-one sessions
• Sharing your pensions knowledge and creating learning materials
• Reviewing work and giving constructive feedback
• Tracking learner progress and keeping records for quality assurance

What they're asking for

• At least three years in the pensions industry, ideally pensions administration
• Some experience coaching, mentoring or supporting colleagues
• Strong knowledge of pensions processes
• Confident communication and comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital platforms
• A genuine interest in helping others develop

No teaching qualification needed, full training is provided for the tutoring side. It's full-time and permanent, fully remote, paying up to £36,000, with quarterly travel to the Manchester office. A good next step if you know pensions inside out and fancy passing that on rather than doing the caseload yourself.
