Servicing Agent, Customer Services (Remote)

Kensington Mortgages is part of the Barclays Group and helps people get mortgages when traditional lenders say no. This servicing role is customer-facing, working from home anywhere in the UK, with a start date of Monday 11 January 2027.

What you'll be doing

• Looking after existing mortgage customers in a customer services team
• Answering their questions and keeping their accounts running smoothly

• Based in the UK and able to work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
