Swedish-Speaking Customer Service Associate (Work From Home)

Amazon is hiring a Swedish speaking Customer Service Associate to join its UK based, fully remote team. You would be supporting customers by phone, chat and email, helping solve problems and keep Amazon's service standards high, all from home.

What you'll be doing

• Helping customers with queries and issues across phone, chat and email
• Representing Amazon's customer-first approach in every interaction
• Working within a structured, award-winning customer service team
• Meeting service standards during your shifts

What they're asking for

• Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written
• A reliable home setup in the UK, at your registered home address
• Comfortable working full time hours in a virtual team

This is a permanent, full time role at 40 hours a week, fully remote and open UK wide, with a start date planned for 12 October 2026 (subject to change). Pay is £14.58 an hour plus a £1 an hour language premium for Swedish, so around £15.58 an hour in total. The main catch: it isn't for everyone, since Swedish fluency is genuinely required.
